Current Events that Impact Finances

Given the influx of new residents during 2020 and 2021, we are also featuring people that have recently moved to South Florida to share their experiences. Over 1,000 people move to Florida every day, but during the COVID-19 Pandemic, housing inventory shrunk to a bare minimum and prices started to climb. People are buying houses sight unseen, making cash offers, and generally moving quickly to become new Florida Residents.
