This often leads to our joining the partnership programs to be able to better serve our clients. When there is a software package or service we are interested in partnering with, we immediately seek our their accreditation program so we can maximize the benefit we offer our clients by knowing that we have the knowledge required by said accreditations.
As a Profit First Professional, Bette is certified annually to make certain that she is using the best practices to help you implement Profit First in your business to grow your business and build your wealth. Profit First Professionals is a global network of CPAs, Accountants, and financial advisors sharing best practices with each other to best serve our clients.
In addition to our tax software, we maintain certifications with Xero and Quickbooks, as well as up to date training for Gusto Payroll Service and other tools we work with. In our desire to always provide the best possible service, we have been scheduling training sessions and webinars with Wirecast, the software we use for streaming our education videos and Facebook Live Quickies.
We want to always provide the best service we can to our clients and our audience, so we maintain up to date training on all the tools at our disposal. Where certifications are available, we obtain them, where ongoing training is provided, we take it.
